Inside Sales Representative (French - English)

Job Description:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling software subscription solutions through proactive customer engagement. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, managing the full sales cycle over the phone, and supporting field sales teams when needed. The focus is on achieving subscription sales targets, promoting our software offerings, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and strong collaboration.

Job Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within defined timelines.
• Promote and (up)sell DEXIS SW (DTX) solutions, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to existing and potential customers.
• Ensure timely subscription/offering renewals and customer retention.
• Drive proactive outreach and engagement for DEXIS SW (DTX) solutions.
• Manage cold and warm leads through structured calling and qualification.
• Convert Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) into Opportunities in close collaboration with commercial team.
• Identify upsell opportunities within the existing software install base, including SLAs.
• Schedule and promote remote demonstrations of DTX solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, ensuring accurate documentation in CRM (Salesforce).
• Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover additional business potential.
• Respond to product-related inquiries and connect customers with product experts when needed.
• Provide end users official training materials, brochures, and product documentation.
• Work with cross functional departments, such as Marketings and Business Ops, Sales team to drive improvements of standard work to drive success.

Critical Experience

• 3+ years of experience in phone-based sales (Inside Sales) or working closely with dentists as a dental assistant or in a similar role.
• 3 + years’ experience of self-generating leads (preferable).
• Clinical experience from Dental Industry (preferable).
• Proven track record of meeting assigned goals/ sales targets.
• Experience in managing leads, conducting cold calls, and driving campaigns(preferable).
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product)
• Experience in collaboration with Dentists

Critical Skills / Technical Know-How

• Excellent French & fluent in English  
• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and virtual meeting platforms is plus
• Excellent oral and written communication in required languages, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Skilled in consultative selling and product demonstrations
• Competitive, goal-driven, and consistently top-ranked in sales roles
• Comfortable in scripted, quota-driven environments; adapts scripts with personal flair
• Energetic, polished, and proactive in business development
• Excels at multitasking across multiple screens and tabs
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify upselling opportunities
• Highly organized with strong time management

Knowledge and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of sales processes
• Familiarity with Capital Business products in Dental Industry inside sales is a plus.
• Experience with DEXIS software is a plus.
• CRM systems knowledge is a plus
