At Four Seasons, every interaction matters. As a Part-Time Communications Agent, you are often the first voice our guests hear and a vital connection point throughout their stay. With warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, you will create positive first impressions while ensuring every call is handled with efficiency and attention to detail.
The Hotel Operator plays an important role in delivering seamless communication across the hotel, connecting guests with the services they need while anticipating opportunities to enhance their experience. Whether assisting a guest with a request, coordinating with hotel departments, or providing information with confidence and care, you will embody the personalised service and hospitality that define the Four Seasons experience. This role is part of the Rooms Division Department, reporting to the Front Office Manager.
What You Will Do:
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a warm, professional, and timely manner, delivering an exceptional first impression of the hotel.
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests with genuine care, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.
- Serve as a central communication link between guests and hotel departments to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, dining venues, and local attractions.
- Coordinate guest requests, including wake-up calls, amenities, transportation arrangements, and special service requirements.
- Monitor and manage emergency communication procedures in accordance with hotel policies and standards.
- Support the Front Office team in delivering personalised and memorable guest experiences.
- Handle all interactions with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, reflecting Four Seasons service standards.

- Previous experience in a Hotel Operator, Guest Services, Front Office, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn and navigate hotel operating systems efficiently.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, public holidays.
