• 2.工作职责:

  Job Responsibilities

  1.       Utilize professional knowledge to support factory manufacturing of chiller products based on drawings, specifications and non-standard order requirements. Cooperate with electrical, manufacturing and quality engineers to propose design optimization ideas on chiller performance, cost, manufacturability, serviceability and reliability.

  2.       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete ECS and MCS prototype build. Collect all technical issues emerging during sample assembly, and formulate corrective action plans together with the team.

  3.       Implement cross-functional cost-down projects, including component supplier evaluation, qualification plan setup and cost saving calculation.

  4.       Troubleshoot mechanical failures on site and support aftermarket teams to resolve chiller quality issues. Lead design-related quality improvement projects when required.

  5.       Support all chiller validation tests, including witness test, performance test, energy efficiency test and other project-specific tests. Conduct simulation modeling, calculation and analysis to guide design iteration.

  3录用条件：

  1.       Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.

  2.       Strong communication skills with proficient English capability; good teamwork awareness.

  3.       Proficient in MS Office. Experience with CAD, SolidWorks or other 3D modeling software. ANSYS/CFD simulation tools for thermal, fluid or structural analysis is preferred.

  4.       Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, CET-6 certificate preferred.

  5.       Competent interpersonal communication for internal and external stakeholders. Able to work independently and cooperate within a team. Well-organized and detail-oriented.

  6.       Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering experience. Familiar with vapor compression refrigeration & air conditioning systems, with commercial chiller/HVAC complete unit development experience is highly preferred.
