As Amazon Search Manager, you'll shape paid search performance across Western Europe with a focus on two markets, helping shoppers find the right products at the right moment while supporting the LEGO Group's growing eCommerce ambitions.
Please note: This role will be based in London and follows a hybrid working model aligned with local office practices. This is a fixed-term contract until the end of August 2027. Relocation support isn't offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Drive commercial growth in Western Europe through sponsored/paid marketing levers with a primary focus on Amazon Ads
Create, develop and optimize search campaigns across the different Amazon Ads formats
Help the LEGO Group to be a first mover with new search technologies, ad formats and ecosystem changes
Maintain a strong working relationship with Amazon Advertising, working with them to improve our accounts in specific markets
Share insights and analyses with key internal stakeholders to help strengthen The LEGO Group’s B2B eCommerce channel
Play your part in our team succeeding
The B2B eCommerce Centre of Excellence helps shape how shoppers experience the LEGO® brand across digital channels, connecting marketing activity with commercial outcomes. Working closely with regional and global colleagues, you'll build, rebuild and inspire new ways to strengthen search performance, develop capability, and support the LEGO Group's future eCommerce ambitions.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience in search marketing preferably with a focus on Amazon search
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear actions, campaigns, and commercial outcomes
Familiarity with website performance tools, database platforms, and advanced Excel capabilities
Collaborative approach with the curiosity to learn, adapt, and solve challenges across teams
Nice to Have:
Experience with Sponsored Ads management platforms e.g. Pacvue
Advanced French language skills
