New graduates have the opportunity to participate in our mandatory residency program, which includes monthly seminars led by the Nurse Residency Team, peer-to-peer debriefing sessions, support groups/mentoring, and rounding. 12-hour Nights, 7:00pm – 7:00am
12-hour Days, 7:00am - 7:00pm
Non-Exempt
Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Nursing or above required.
*Degree from accredited academic nursing program preferred
Registered Nurse-NM
*State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire.
