Requirements

• Legal Status: Must be an EU citizen or possess a valid, unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
  
• Communication & Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, empathy, and a customer-oriented mindset.
  
• Versatility: Willingness to work across different support streams (Customer Service, Content Moderation, or Inbound/Outbound Sales) based on project matching.
  
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software, chat platforms, email systems, and digital troubleshooting tools.
  
• Experience: Prior experience in customer support, retail, moderation, or sales is an asset, but comprehensive, fully paid training is provided for all entry-level candidates.
  

Responsibilities

(Responsibilities will vary depending on your assigned project and role)

• Customer Service: Assist consumers via phone, email, or live chat with account queries, order tracking, returns, billing, and general platform guidance.
  
• Content Moderation: Review user-generated content, media, and digital trends to ensure compliance with platform policies, safety guidelines, and local community standards.
  
• Sales & Account Management: Engage with potential or existing business/consumer clients to recommend products, assist with upselling, process orders, and foster brand loyalty.
  
• Keep internal CRM systems updated with detailed documentation of all client and user interactions.
