Tasks:
Machine Operation
- Set machine parameters
- Load the machineSet up the machine
- Load programs
- Selecting and inspecting materials
- Collecting scrap material and returning it to the warehouse
- Labeling and removing cut parts
- Documentation
- Repair and maintenance of machines
Replacing wear parts
- Performing routine maintenance, e.g., oil changes
- Repairing defective equipment
- Maintaining machines and the workshop
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in a trade or technical field, preferably as a machine and plant operator
- Initial experience with CNC-controlled machines is a plus
- Crane operator's license required
- Forklift operator's license preferred
- Willingness to work shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meticulously
- High level of safety awareness (occupational safety)
- Good written and spoken German
