Position Details
- Employment Type: Part Time
- Shift: Flexible (Days, Evenings, Weekends based on events)

What You’ll Do
- Serve food and beverages to guests at banquets, weddings, and group events
- Set up and reset tables according to event standards
- Prepare and maintain buffet stations
- Deliver meals to assigned tables and ensure accurate service
- Clear dishes between courses and maintain a clean dining area
- Perform side work including folding napkins, stocking utensils, and refilling condiments
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of function rooms and service areas
- Respond to guest requests and communicate with banquet leadership
- Support kitchen and event teams with loading/unloading equipment when needed
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedules
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent lifting and carrying (up to 10 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Frequent movement, bending, and reaching
Work Environment
- Indoor and outdoor event spaces
- Moderate to loud noise levels during events
- Fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Active role with constant movement
