While you'll be a true all-around member of the front desk team, your main focus will be recall and reactivation, keeping our patients connected to the practice so no one falls through the cracks.College Hill Dental Group is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our front desk team. This is a front office role covering the full range of front desk duties, answering phones, checking patients in and out, and collecting payments, with one thing you'll own above all else: keeping our hygiene schedule full.What You'll DoBe a warm, familiar voice at the front desk, answering phones and greeting patients as they check in and out.Collect payments and guide patients through payment and financing conversations with clarity and confidence.Handle the everyday front office flow alongside the rest of the team, paperwork, insurance details, and whatever else keeps the day moving.Own the hygiene schedule as your main focus, treating every open chair like a problem worth solving today.Keep our patients connected to the practice through recall and reactivation, reaching out by phone, text, and email so no one falls through the cracks.Catch the gaps before they happen, confirming appointments and building out the schedule well ahead of time.Jump in wherever the front office team needs you, coverage, overflow, whatever keeps the day running smoothly.Keep our systems accurate and current, so the practice always has a true picture of where things stand.What We're Looking ForA natural at staying organized, someone who genuinely enjoys keeping a schedule tight and a list worked.A confident, friendly phone presence, comfortable making call after call without losing warmth.Someone proactive who can own a process from start to finish without being chased.Prior experience in a dental or medical front office is a plus, but drive and follow-through matter more.Schedule:Monday 8-5Tuesday 8-5Wednesday 8-7Thursday 11-7Closed Friday.
