Key duties and responsibilities

• Develop custom SQL reports, correspondence templates, and reporting packages.
• Maintain working knowledge of Yardi Investment Management, Construction Manager, Job Cost, and Property Management modules.
• Design and develop Report Packages and complex Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR) reports.
• Configure and develop IM KPIs, Fee Allocation Rules, Income Allocation Rules, and GL Allocation Rules.
• Develop custom Yardi workflows and menu sets to support business processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, system configurations, and data-related problems.
• Enhance, maintain, and support Yardi Voyager 7S across Investment Management, Residential, Construction, Job Cost, and Commercial Property Management modules.
• Analyse business requirements and develop programmatic solutions for Yardi users.
• Administer and maintain Yardi databases, ensuring performance and data integrity.
• Test, implement, and support new Yardi modules and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with third-party software vendors and service providers to develop and maintain automated data import/export integrations.

Qualification and Experience

• Qualification: BE, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science), M.Sc. (IT/Computer Science), or MBA (IT).
• Experience in Real Assets Investment Management and Accounting.
• Knowledge of the Yardi Voyager platform and its related modules. Experience with the Investment Management (IM) module will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR) is mandatory.

Skills Required

• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR) development.
• Experience in developing and configuring IM KPIs, Fee Allocation Rules, and Income Allocation Rules.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi Workflows, Menu Sets, and User Security/Permissions management.
• Strong understanding of the Yardi Voyager database structure, including data relationships and reporting dependencies.
