Senior Service Sales Specialist - Power Quality

## What you’ll do:

Currently we are seeking Senior Service Sales Specialist - Power Quality, onsite in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving service sales growth across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by managing existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities within the Power Quality Services portfolio.

• Drive growth of Power Quality Services revenue through maintenance contracts, modernization projects, battery replacements, upgrades, spare parts sales, and replacement opportunities.
• Acquire, develop and execute account strategies for key customers across industries such as Oil & Gas, Data Centers, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Banking, and Utilities.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, consultants, and end users throughout the customer value chain.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maximizing value from existing accounts.
• Collaborate closely with service, engineering, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits across Saudi Arabia and maintain a strong presence in strategic markets.
• Support customers with service recommendations, lifecycle management strategies, and replacement planning for critical power infrastructure.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual business growth objectives across the KSA territory.

## Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline (e.g., Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering).
• 5-8 years of experience in UPS, critical power, power quality, or related technical sales environments.
• Proven experience selling UPS-related services, maintenance contracts, upgrades, battery solutions, modernization projects, or power quality solutions.
• Experience working with major end users and key accounts within Saudi Arabia.

## Skills:

• Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills with a proven record of achieving targets.
• Demonstrated success managing key accounts and developing relationships with decision-makers within major KSA organizations.
• Strong understanding of service sales and aftermarket business models
• Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
