Your role Key responsibilities in your new role As Cyber & Information Security Governance Specialist, you will play a key role in our Governance team within Corporate Cyber Security & Privacy, by strengthening our Cyber Security governance by developing policies, standards, and processes that support a secure and compliant business environment. You will partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support security audits, certifications, regulatory compliance and overall trust in our security program. Maintain and continuously improve the company’s Cyber Security governance model Develop, publish, and maintain security policies, standards, and guidelines that are easy to adopt and aligned with international best practices Partner with cyber risk management and security verification team to ensure risk identification, assessment, and acceptance  are consistent with our governance framework Present the Cyber Security Management system and address auditor questions  during external assessments Ensure that customers, investors, partners, and auditors can trust Infineon’s Cybers Security program by providing evidence through certifications, ratings, assessments, and questionnaires Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  You have a strong governance mindset and can translate complex requirements into practical solutions while balancing security, compliance, and business needs. You are a strong communicator who works effectively with stakeholders across the business, takes a structured and risk-based approach, and brings a hands-on, solution-focused attitude to delivering results. A degree in Computer Science , Business Informatics , Cyber Security Law or related field of study At least 3 or more years of experience in Security Governance, Cyber security, Information Security Proven ability to build, implement, and maintain security governance frameworks in a complex, international organization and experience in environments with stringent security needs , such as manufacturing, laboratories, or high security operations Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and experience with European and/or global cyber security regulatory environments Experience with (inter)national regulations and standards (e.g. NIS2, ISO27001, TISAX, PCI DSS, DFARS, Common Criteria, GSMA) in cyber security and adjacent areas Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365  or alternative solutions Fluency in English (mandatory); German or other second languages are a plus Please send us your CV in English. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
