Mactac is seeking candidates to become part of our manufacturing team! We manufacture pressure sensitive materials used in everyday products such as label printing, graphic design, packaging, displays, medical device assembly and many more!

Starting Pay: $18.41 to $21.94 per hour, plus shift differential for entry level positions. $30.97 to $33.20 for electrician positions. The posted rate reflects the starting wage for positions. Employees are eligible for increases through our pay progression scale and may earn a higher hourly rate within their first year of employment based on progression milestones.
Available Shifts:
- 1st/2nd Shift Rotation (Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:00pm) (Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:00pm) – Coater Helper
- 3rd Shift (Sun-Thurs 11:00pm-7:00am) – Coater Helper
- 3rd Shift (Sun-Thurs 11:00pm-7:00am) – Finishing Helper
- 3rd Shift (Tues-Fri 10:00pm – 8:00am) – Electrician
Available Positions:
- Coater Helper
- The Coater Helper supports daily coating‑line operations by preparing materials, assisting with machine startup, and performing tasks such as moving rolls, lifting cores, troubleshooting line issues, and providing general support to the Coater Operator and Assistant throughout the shift. Forklift experience recommended.
- Finishing Helper
- The Finishing Helper supports slitting, packaging, and material‑handling operations by assisting the Finishing Operator and Assistant, maintaining steady workflow, preparing packaging, moving finished materials, and ensuring accurate labeling and inventory. In specialized core‑cutting roles, the Helper also cuts cores to customer specifications, maintains core inventory, produces labels, and supports all finishing activities as needed. Forklift experience recommended.
- Electrician
- The Electrician performs equipment repair, troubleshooting, upgrades, and new installations throughout the facility, working from supervisor‑assigned work orders and handling electrical tasks. This role supports all production areas, responds to breakdowns as needed, and maintains safe, efficient operation of plant machinery.
