What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and operate container clusters running internal services and applications
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to build, test, and deploy containerized applications across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments
• Investigate issues using logs and metrics from multiple sources
• Define standards and procedures for the effective management and operation of container environments
• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems, tools, processes, and tasks
• Document architecture and solutions using diagrams and technical guides
• Collaborate with Software, Database, Infrastructure, and Network teams
• Occasionally participate in On-call Support Program during Sydney’s early morning hours

Key Criteria

• 3+ years of experience with container and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, K3s, or Cilium
• Hands-on experience with container registries (Docker, GitHub Packages, Harbor), monitoring and observability platforms (Grafana, Elastic Stack, Datadog), and cluster management tools (Rancher)
• Experience managing GitHub (policies, access control, security, automation, AI controls)
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for .NET-based containerized applications

Work setup

• Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 am – 5 pm). Hybrid set up with 2 days/week in the office
