Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices are being followed at all times, report any near misses immediately to the EHS Department.
• Execute finished product and stability testing according to SOP and GLP standards.
• Performing analysis using equipment like pH, conductivity, Karl Fisher, Coulometer, viscometer, and disintegrator.
• Maintain strict adherence to lab operation and test schedules provided by senior analysts/supervisors.
• Complete testing and documentation accurately, following Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and submit for review by senior analysts.
• Demonstrate a 'right-first time' approach in routine testing, minimizing out-of-specifications and deviations.
• Perform daily calibration of lab equipment as per SOP, including balances, Karl Fischer, Coulometer, and pH meter.
• Ensure prompt and accurate maintenance of laboratory records, including lab notebooks, analytical batch records, and training documents, in compliance with GLP.
• Take ownership of incoming and outgoing samples for various project works.
• Adapt procedures in line with the Quality Policies of the PCI organization.
• maintain a hazard-free workplace in accordance with GLP.
• Adhere strictly to the Company’s Health & Safety policy, proactively identifying potential risks.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at maintaining high testing standards.
• Carry out various other additional tasks that may be required from time to time in accordance with the overall goal of the company.

Knowledge / Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Bachelor’s or associate degree or Diploma / Certificate  in (e.g. business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar). May substitute experience in lieu of educational requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
• Problem Solving and Troubleshooting skills. The successful candidate should display a dynamic and proactive approach to manage problems.
• Self-motivated with a results driven approach.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts on request in line with business needs.
• Adaptable and ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (incl. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Desirable:

• One years’ experience working in GMP regulated pharmaceutical company
• Enthusiasm and open mind for improvement and growth.
• Honesty, integrity, respect and courtesy with leadership and peers.
• Previous wet-chemistry laboratory experience.
