Humana is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to serve as a critical cross-functional partner across Product, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Technology, and Channel Enablement teams supporting the Enterprise Next Best Action organization. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end coordination of complex product and program initiatives, ensuring teams remain aligned, decisions are documented, dependencies are managed, and strategic priorities are executed effectively.You will partner closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to transform complex program activity into structured plans, actionable communications, and transparent delivery processes. This is a highly visible role ideal for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who thrives in ambiguity and excels at bringing organization, accountability, and clarity to large-scale initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end program and product delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment among Product, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Technology, and Channel teams.
- Manage project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risks across complex initiatives while proactively identifying and resolving blockers.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, working sessions, stand-ups, and program reviews to maintain momentum and accountability.
- Serve as a liaison between product teams and enablement partners, ensuring decisions are effectively translated into operational execution.
- Monitor post-launch adoption and utilization metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
- Partner with product and program leaders to document key decisions, trade-offs, and strategic rationale.
- Develop and maintain program artifacts that help stakeholders understand the goals, priorities, and context behind organizational initiatives.
- Create executive-ready presentations, briefing materials, status reports, and decision memos that distill complex information into clear and actionable insights.
- Facilitate alignment sessions to ensure stakeholders share a consistent understanding of program objectives, priorities, and timelines.
- Organize and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, RAID logs, delivery trackers, and supporting documentation.
- Establish and manage centralized documentation repositories while promoting consistent documentation standards across teams.
- Translate complex program information into clear communications tailored to audiences ranging from operational teams to senior leadership.
- Develop templates, frameworks, and playbooks that improve delivery consistency, efficiency, and scalability.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program delivery, project management, product operations, or a related cross-functional role.
- Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and adoption enablement activities.
- Exposure to marketing operations, customer engagement, analytics workflows, and/or digital channel management.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience developing and maintaining project documentation, program plans, and stakeholder communications.
- Proven facilitation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive alignment and influence outcomes.
- Proficiency with program and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience working across organizational boundaries with product, marketing, data, technology, and channel teams.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and execution skills with a focus on outcomes and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a health insurance, healthcare, or healthcare technology environment.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other product development methodologies.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project/program management certification.
- Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of Arlington, VA; Louisville, KY; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Tampa, FL, Nashville, TN, Dallas, TX, Seattle, WA, Denver, CO, and Fort Lauderdale, FL.
- Experience preparing executive communications, stakeholder reporting, and presentation materials.
- Knowledge of Humana's business segments, product portfolio, and member engagement strategies (preferred for internal candidates).
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
