Construction Manager | Houston, TX
As a Construction Manager in Houston, TX, you’ll oversee all aspects of field execution, including project scheduling, cost management, design coordination, permitting, and more.
HazTek is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee safety operations on our commercial construction projects. In this role, you'll champion safety compliance, implement industry-leading practices, and help foster a collaborative culture where every worker goes home safe each day.
• Oversight of all project activities• Coordinate cross functionally with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors• Drive project closeout and turnover
Qualifications
- 7+ years of direct construction safety experience serving as an Owner’s Representative.
- OSHA 510 and/or 500 certification (a plus)
- CHST or CSP certification (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of current construction safety standards and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
