Your team:
As part of the Luxembourg / Data & Regulatory Solutions you will join Data and Analytics Team, which plays a key role in delivering trusted data solutions that support business intelligence, regulatory reporting, risk management, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

YOUR CHALLENGE
During the programme, you will:
Follow a structured learning path designed to develop you into a Data Engineer
Gain practical experience working on business-critical data and analytics solutions
Learn how data supports regulatory reporting, risk management, and business decision-making
Develop expertise in SQL/Python, data modelling, and modern data engineering practices
Work on meaningful projects that deliver value to the business from day one
Receive mentoring and coaching from experienced professionals
Build a strong foundation for a long-term career in data, analytics, and financial services
YOUR PROFILE
Master's degree (or equivalent) from a university or university of applied sciences in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, with strong academic results (graduated within the last 12 months)
Initial practical experience through internships, student projects, research work, or entry-level roles in data engineering, analytics, software development, or related technology fields
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases, with exposure to Python, data warehousing, or business intelligence tools considered an advantage
Strong interest in data, analytics, and technology, with a desire to build a career in modern data engineering
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
Fluency in English (written and spoken); German and/or French would be an asset
Eligibility to work in Luxembourg and/or the country where the position is based
