Pay and Scheduling Breakdown
- Average weekly earnings of $1,300 to $1,800, growing with your experience level
- $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch
- Trainee pay of $800 per week while you train
- Starting mileage pay of $0.50 cpm on a 6 month pay band
- $15 stop pay, unload pay matches OTR rate when required
Route & Home Time
- Home every 2 weeks for 2 full days
- Day and night dispatch, weekend work expected, holidays can be requested off
- Runs everywhere from Denver east, minus the Northeast, keeping you in 27 states total

Qualifications
- New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6+ months of solo verifiable experience
- 120+ hours at an accredited CDL training school
- 21 years or older
- Valid driver's license in current state of residence
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- No DUI/DWI within the past 5 to 10 years
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
