The Hospital Services Clinic Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the dialysis hospital services program including financial oversight, staffing, human resources, supply management, quality management and patient safety. The Clinic Administrator will collaborate with physicians and hospital staff to enhance partnerships for our local Hospital Services program within our Syracuse regional acute hemodialysis program. The position will provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring of all direct reports.
Schedule: Fulltime position primarily M-5 8:00-4:30, with some weekend call.
Compensation: $90k-$130k depending on experience.

Responsibilities
What You Can Expect:
- Provide direct oversight to ensure policy and procedures are followed and standards of care are met in accordance with ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, DCI’s Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) and the individual unit’s requirements.
- Maintain an environment that meets the Network/IPRO, local, state and federal requirements to ensure survey readiness at all times.
- Act as a resource for the patients and families to address concerns, questions and review patient satisfaction surveys.
- Lead and document Huddles for each shift to ensure patient and unit needs are communicated and cascaded to all levels.
- Facilitate staff meetings on a monthly basis, documenting minutes and sharing with all staff to ensure staff are up to date on new information, changes, industry, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
- Responsible for strong physician relationships and ensures regular and effective communication.
- Coordinate with the Technical Manager and review regularly the documentation for maintenance and repair of all equipment to ensure regulatory standards are met.
- Engage with Assistant Area Operations Director in financial accountability to ensure efficient utilization of supplies, labor, and equipment through monthly reviews that align with the clinic goals.
- Ensure that all employees are credentialed in each hospital in a timely manner and ensure that initial and annual requirements are completed to maintain credentialing.
- Collaborate with the Charge Nurse or Assistant Area Operations Director on direct patient care needs, staff and patient scheduling.
- Utilize the Risk Management system for occurrences to ensure reporting, investigation and follow up is completed in a timely manner.

Education/Training:
- Four years experience in dialysis is preferred
- Experience in a supervisory role is preferred
- Maintain certification in CPR
