  • Create individualized action plans and provide ongoing support, education, accountability, and encouragement to help participants make meaningful and sustainable improvements.
  • Serve as a highly visible onsite well-being resource and trusted point of connection for employees.
  • Partner closely with the client’s well-being team to understand organizational priorities, employee needs, and opportunities to strengthen the employee well-being experience.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate onsite well-being initiatives, educational sessions, campaigns, events, and other employee engagement activities.

  • Facilitate presentations, Lunch-n-Learns, workshops, health promotion activities, and other educational experiences based on employee and client needs.
  • Support onsite health screenings and other health and well-being events as appropriate.
  • Coordinate and facilitate wellness committees or other employee well-being groups as requested by the client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and other health and well-being vendors to support an integrated employee experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance programming, engagement, and the onsite well-being experience and bring recommendations forward to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Monitor participation, engagement, and other available program information to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation of coaching interactions, participant progress, key metrics, and program activities.
  • Support client meetings and communications related to onsite well-being programming, engagement, and emerging employee needs.
  • Assist in the development, customization, and distribution of health and well-being education and communication materials.
  • Maintain knowledge of current trends and best practices in employee well-being, health promotion, behavior change, and preventive health.
  • Attend required meetings, trainings, and continuing education activities.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and comply with all applicable HIPAA, ADA, and privacy requirements.
