Responsibilities:
• Examine threat and control information to determine the scope and impact of cybersecurity risks.
• Lead engagement with SMEs, Control Owners, and Action Owners to define risk-reduction actions and establish accountability.
• Own complex, high-visibility portfolios from intake through validation and closure.
• Apply independent judgment to evaluate remediation, challenge incomplete solutions, and identify dependencies.
• Translate complex findings into clear risk, control, and business impacts for senior decision-making.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders without direct authority and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Provide senior-level mentorship to analysts and support the Resolution Lead on escalations and improvements.
Required Qualifications:
• Extensive knowledge of information security controls, cybersecurity threats, and risk management.
• Strong technical judgment and data-analysis skills to interpret and synthesize complex information.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills across technical, non-technical, and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex work and drive outcomes across teams without direct authority.
• Highly organized, resilient, and committed to continuous learning, with the ability to mentor colleagues.
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced cybersecurity, risk, cloud, AI, or governance certification.
• Experience with remediation governance, control evaluation, or audit readiness in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar workflow tools.
