THE JOB:
The Contracts & Insurance Analyst will support the Senior Manager of Contracts & Insurance in providing support to Sourcing, Legal, and Risk Management teams related to contracts. This position will lead the process of contract analytics, drafting/completing basic contracts, and assist and support the implementation of the contract lifecycle management tool (CLM) to increase efficiency with the contracting process. This is an essential role that supports the agility of the supply chain contracting process.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Support the implementation and needs of the Contract Lifecycle Management Tool, this role provides comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the sourcing team including maintaining detailed contract records, assisting with documentation, and coordinating effectively with key sourcing stakeholders
Actively supports the drafting, redlining, and signatures of contracts related to Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements, Change Orders, Amendments, and termination letters ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process
Delivers comprehensive risk management analysis by reviewing insurance requirements, conducting gap analysis, and facilitating clear communications with supplier to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks
Analyzes contract data, tracks key performance metrics, and delivers reports on contract compliance, risk, and opportunities helping to ensure alignment with business objectives
Manage supplier probity checks including internal and external communications and escalation

Collaborate with Risk Management team to create solutions to resolve disagreements with vendors around insurance and indemnity terms.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor's Degree Required
1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Contract Analysis and Drafting Required
Have 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Contract Analysis and Drafting
Has a certification in Paralegal or Risk Management
Has system experience: Coupa, Oracle, Contract Lifecycle Management application, Adobe E‐Sign
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to collaborate with others to drive positive results
Excellent organizational skills; be able to function under time constraints and deadlines with attention to detail
Ability to collaborate across organizational lines
Ability to work independently and consistently demonstrate a problem-solving approach, as follow‐through in the performance of all tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
