Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, coding, and enhancing various components within systems or applications. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure that software solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The work environment encourages the use of modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to meet specific business requirements effectively and deliver high-quality results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Hyperion Planning. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Hyperion Essbase. - Strong knowledge of financial planning and budgeting processes within enterprise environments. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable planning solutions using Oracle Hyperion tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance of planning applications. - Familiarity with integration techniques between Oracle Hyperion Planning and other enterprise systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Planning. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
