Description:

This position is responsible for management and strategic growth of the outpatient imaging center comprised of multiple modalities. The manager directs all center activities including coordination of schedules, colleague training, policies and procedures, patient flow, customer service, regulatory compliance, and fiscal management. The manager embraces innovation and leverages cutting edge technology to deliver outstanding patient experience and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must possess a bachelor’s degree in radiologic science, business, healthcare, or management OR graduate from an accredited radiologic technology program, and equivalent experience.

2. Three (3) years of progressive imaging experience and supervisory/management experience in imaging, ambulatory care, or healthcare operation is required.

3. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT Certification required.

4. Current BLS certification required.

5. Experience with PACS, EHR, and Microsoft Office applications.

6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively function in a fast-paced environment is required.

7. Positive interpersonal skills, professional image, exceptional oral and written communication skills, leadership capabilities, and excellent customer service orientation are required.

PAY RANGE:

$94,640.00 – $142,001.60.
