Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 612 W. 18th St. Edmond, OK 73013

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7-4pm, 8-5pm and 9-6pm

Compensation: $73,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Incentives: Up to a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus and/or $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school 
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
