Territory Sales Manager – Neuromodulation
Position Overview
The Territory Sales Manager – Neuromodulation is responsible for driving the growth and development of LivaNova’s Neuromodulation business within the assigned territory, with primary responsibility for the State of São Paulo.
This role combines strategic sales, territory management, market development and strong technical knowledge of LivaNova’s Neuromodulation portfolio. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets, developing strategic accounts, identifying new business opportunities and building sustainable relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, payers and other key stakeholders.
The position also requires continuous assessment of market dynamics, competitive activity and customer needs to identify opportunities and develop effective territory strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory and strategic account plans aligned with the Neuromodulation Brazil and LATAM business strategy.
Achieve sales, revenue, pricing and growth targets by developing new opportunities and expanding business within existing accounts.
Build strong relationships with physicians, healthcare institutions, payers and other key decision-makers.
Maintain strong technical and clinical knowledge of the Neuromodulation portfolio and support customers through product demonstrations, programming, training and other clinical activities.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, customer needs and access barriers, providing market intelligence and forecasts to support commercial decisions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure strong execution, customer support and alignment of business priorities.
Maintain an active presence in the territory through customer visits, medical meetings, congresses and other relevant activities, while ensuring accurate CRM and opportunity tracking.
Support consignment inventory management and ensure all commercial activities comply with LivaNova policies, applicable laws and ethical standards.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Medical Device industry, ideally within Neuromodulation, Neuroscience or implantable medical technologies.
Fluent Portuguese is required; English proficiency is highly desirable.
Proven experience in sales, territory management, business development or strategic account management within the healthcare industry.
Strong commercial and strategic selling skills, including account planning, negotiation, opportunity management and achievement of sales and growth targets.
Strong customer focus and relationship-management skills, with the ability to build credibility and long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
Ability to understand and communicate complex clinical and technical information and translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies.
Strong communication, presentation, influencing, analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions.
Availability for frequent travel within the territory, with occasional domestic and international travel as required.
