As a Property Claims Team Manager, you'll coach and develop 5 to 8 claims representatives and specialists who manage, investigate and resolve claims every day. - 5+ years of property field experience highly preferred
What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop a team of representatives and specialists, ensuring quality, accuracy and timely resolution of claims - including high-exposure, complex cases.

- Champion customer service excellence by building empathy and passion for an experience that meets or exceeds what customers expect.
- Help select top talent, coach continuously and recognize the behaviors that drive service excellence.

- Step in on the tough calls - resolving customer complaints, problems and coverage questions your team can't handle alone.
- Partner with policyholders, the business community and government agencies to keep everything compliant with regulatory and company standards.
- Champion your business unit's goals, keeping them aligned with the broader claims function.
