Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using modern Java technologies.
• Participate in system architecture design and technical decision-making.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams.
• Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and backend components.
• Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities.
• Support production deployment and post-production activities when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17 and core Java concepts.
• Experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and automated testing frameworks.
