The JOB

Jekyll Island Club Resort is looking for friendly, motivated, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Bartenders.

This is a resort-wide position, and Bartenders will have the opportunity to work across all Food & Beverage outlets throughout the resort, as well as Banquets and special events as needed. We are looking for flexible team members who are comfortable working in a variety of service environments based on business and operational needs.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience preferred
Positive, upbeat personality with a team-oriented attitude
Strong customer service and communication skills
Desire and willingness to learn
Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Ability to remain calm and organized during high-volume periods
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to take initiative
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Willing and able to work across various resort outlets and Banquets as needed
Knowledge of basic cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service preferred
Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Weekend availability is required; applicants unable to work weekends will not be considered.
