What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and create a positive, professional buying experience
- Learn about customers’ needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
- Present vehicle features, technology, options, and benefits
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with customers through phone, text, and email
- Work closely with our sales and management teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Stay up to date on Kia products, incentives, and industry trends
- Consistently work toward and achieve individual and dealership sales goals
