Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time Weekend PM Shift
Jurupa Hills Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is scheduled for PM shifts on Saturdays and Sundays and offers an opportunity to provide exceptional care to our residents in a supportive post-acute care environment.
Pay Range: $44.00 - $50.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Position Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, supervising nursing staff, coordinating resident care, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and facility standards. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, resident-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Develop and implement resident care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and staff.
- Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and emergency situations.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Supervise and support nursing and caregiving staff.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
Qualifications
- Current, active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
