J&J is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Customer Success & Conversion Initiatives. This is a field based role covering FL, GA, SC, NC, TN, VA, AL, AK, LA, KY, & MS.
Purpose: This role is part of the Key Account Management team reporting into the Director, Customer Success & Conversion Initiatives. This position is accountable for developing strategy and implementing large growth initiatives with National GPO and IDN customers. The strategies would typically be focused on executing full account conversions, implementing GPO strategies within large IDN’s and finding opportunities to work with customers to optimize their relationship with Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery. As a key partner for customers, this role will also develop and implement tools like Sourceview and the Conversion Toolkit while anticipating and responding to customer needs.
Customer Focus / Field Engagement: Approximately 60-70% of this role’s time will be dedicated to customer- and field-facing activities, including engagement with National GPO and IDN customers, collaboration with KAM and sales management on large growth opportunities, support of full account conversions, VOC capture, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout implementation. The remaining 30–40% will focus on internal strategy development, team leadership, analytics, cross-functional alignment, opportunity funnel management, and operational execution.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring an outstanding customer experience during large-scale account conversions to JJMT products
- Aligning growth opportunities with account plans to drive adoption and sales growth of our JJMT portfolio
- Sharing best-practices, insights, voice-of-customer (VOC), and lessons learned with Key Account Team and Commercial Team to enable and highlight additional opportunities for growth
- Providing JJMT Executive Leadership Team GPO and IDN market trends and data-based insights to help position the JJMT to achieve annual business plan targets for priority
- Leverage data and analytics to demonstrate opportunities and collaborate across sales teams to identify, strategize and plan the execution for large-scale growth opportunities, collaborate with commercial excellence counterparts to ensure the right level of data and analytics
- Partnering across Key Account Team to continually improve the JJMT Surgery Value Proposition for U.S. Health System customers
- Collaborating with sales leadership to create plans for large growth opportunities and further differentiate the total value of what partnering with JJMT Surgery represents to health systems
Skills:
- Solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare market, including industry trends, customer dynamics, legal and compliance requirements
- Experience in commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, Contracting and/or Professional Education
- Experience working with or in health systems and deep understanding of health systems needs and challenges
- Critical thinking skills (problem solving skills) with past success in customer-facing roles working with physicians and health system administration
- Understanding a variety of business models and monetization strategy
- Contracting experience with products and platforms, including pricing strategy, with the illustrated ability to think broadly and strategically, beyond individual platform
- Experience influencing across multiple cross-functional partners with an enterprise mentality
- Highly effective at communicating complex concepts
- Ability to prioritize
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience (Sales/Marketing) is required
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive marketing or sales experience is required.
- Experience with leading sales teams is preferred. Experience preparing strategic briefs and resolving implementation issues preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience is required – At least 2 years of healthcare experience with shown success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to navigate and achieve business impact across the organization is required
- Shown knowledge of sales strategy, customer segmentation and contracting is preferred
- Experience in customer selling and interaction is preferred
- Leadership, strong communication, relationship development, collaboration, project management and organizational influence skills is required.
- Location: Remote; the position will require up to 40% travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$122,000.00 - $212,750.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
