Location: New York, New York
Salary: $220,000 - $230,000/year

What You'll Do
• Independently manage complex professional liability defense matters from inception through resolution
• Represent professionals and businesses in litigation and dispute resolution
• Develop litigation strategy and provide trusted legal counsel to clients
• Draft and argue pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials
• Maintain and expand strong client relationships
• Collaborate with firm leadership on litigation strategy and practice development
• Mentor junior attorneys and support the continued growth of the litigation team
What You Bring
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active admission to both the New York and New Jersey Bars
• Senior Attorney or Partner-level experience
• Significant professional liability defense litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, negotiation, and courtroom skills
• Ability to independently manage sophisticated litigation matters and client relationships
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
