Overview
JST is currently seeking an Oracle Developer and OCI/ORDS Subject Matter Expert to join our team.

Oracle Developer and OCI/ORDS Subject Matter Expert Responsibilities
- Recognized within the industry as an innovator driving new best practices and standards in high-performance cloud architectures, OCI database solutions, and secure RESTful API delivery using ORDS.
- Advises executive stakeholders on enterprise cloud strategy, complex migration pathways, and modern application integration, while interfacing with other top subject matter experts globally.
- Provides expert guidance, strategic vision, and technical insight into OCI services, ORDS development, and secure microservices architecture.
- Spearheads the design and implementation of enterprise-wide security, governance, and high-availability frameworks across OCI environments and ORDS-exposed data endpoints.
Oracle Developer and OCI/ORDS Subject Matter Expert Qualifications
- Master's Degree (or 2+ years equivalent additional experience).
- 12+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-grade Oracle database solutions and modern, API-driven architectures on OCI.
- Expertisein Oracle SQL, PL/SQL/Unix programming languages
- Expertise with Oracle Rest Data Services (ORDS) development
- Expertisewith Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Environments
- Expertisewith Oracle Forms, Reports, Libraries
- Expertisewith Oracle EBS and Oracle HRMS applications
- Expertisein SQL Developer, PL/SQL Developer, and TOAD
Desired Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Solutions Architect Professional and relevant ORDS certification highly preferred.
Required Clearances and Screenings
- MUST be a U.S. citizen
- MUST be able to successfully pass a drug and background check
