OTA Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist 
• Assist patients in improving independence with daily activities, mobility, cognition, and functional skills 
• Implement individualized treatment plans focused on patient goals 
• Complete accurate and timely documentation 
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to support positive patient outcomes 

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Michigan 
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program 
• Strong communication and organizational skills 
• Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
