About Us

From commercial office space and manufacturing to multi-site retail portfolios, we manage and support over 1 billion square feet of facilities space for the nation’s leading organizations. We provide comprehensive facility services ranging from mechanical maintenance and self-performed, site-based operations to energy-efficiency upgrades and supplier-managed interior/exterior maintenance.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Continuous Improvement Engineer to support operational improvement, data-driven decision-making, and reliability-centered maintenance initiatives within a dynamic Integrated Facilities Management environment.

This Engineer-level role is focused on transforming operational data into meaningful insights, clear visualizations, and actionable recommendations. The position applies continuous improvement principles, data storytelling, CMMS analytics, Lean/Six Sigma concepts, and foundational reliability practices to identify trends, improve maintenance performance, support process standardization, and help account teams make informed business decisions.

The Continuous Improvement Engineer partners with operations, maintenance teams, account leadership, vendors, and client stakeholders to analyze work order, asset, vendor, PM, financial, and KPI data. This role is ideal for an individual with 3–8 years of experience who can connect data to operational outcomes, communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and support improvement initiatives that reduce waste, improve asset performance, and strengthen customer value.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·   Develop clear dashboards, scorecards, summaries, and visual stories that translate complex data into actionable insights.

·   Present findings in a concise, compelling format for operations, account teams, leadership, and client stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization

·   Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, workflow inefficiencies, recurring issues, and opportunities for standardization.

·   Assist in developing improvement plans, tracking progress, validating results, and communicating outcomes.

·   Help convert lessons learned into repeatable processes, tools, and reporting approaches.

Reliability & Maintenance Performance Support

·   Evaluate asset performance, PM effectiveness, reactive work trends, repeat failures, emergency work volume, and bad actor assets.

·   Support PM reviews, failure trend analysis, maintenance optimization, and repair-versus-replace recommendations.

·   Apply foundational reliability principles to improve asset performance and maintenance decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication

·   Partner with operations, maintenance, account leadership, vendors, finance, procurement, technology, and client stakeholders.

·   Align data insights with business needs and operational priorities.

·   Communicate analytical findings in plain language to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Reporting, KPI Development & Business Reviews

·   Support development, maintenance, and improvement of KPI reporting, operational scorecards, business review materials, and account-level performance summaries.

·   Help ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, visually clear, and tied to operational priorities.

Additional Responsibilities & Operational Support

·   Perform other duties as deemed necessary by Operations and CI&R leadership, including support for special projects, account initiatives, data validation efforts, and continuous improvement activities.
