We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 9:00-17:00, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels across third-party warehouses, ensuring accurate stock reservations, allocations, and deductions
- Allocate and reserve customer orders in line with business priorities and service level commitments
- Develop and communicate loading plans to warehouses and cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient execution of daily operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for third-party warehouse partners, ensuring effective coordination and control of inventory movements
- Create and manage outbound shipments while monitoring transportation costs and supporting budget adherence
- Communicate with the cooperated warehouses in order to achieve full supervision of the goods
- Cooperate with colleagues in order to ensure an excellent customer service
Qualifications & Competencies
Degree in Logistics or Business Administration, or any other related field
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a logistics company
Excellent knowledge of English, proficient level is necessary
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Customer-centric approach
Critical thinking skills
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
