全面负责所在区域临床流式产品的业务拓展、渠道搭建与管理，客户开发维护和服务支持工作，通过跨部门协作推动业务的可持续发展。

1.负责指定区域流式相关仪器与试剂的渠道销售，协同渠道合作伙伴推进业务目标达成, 持续提升市场覆盖与渗透率。

2.负责区域渠道的开发、辅导、赋能与日常有效管理，持续优化渠道网络与结构，提升渠道伙伴的市场拓展能力、运营效率及合规管理。

3.负责所辖区域的客户拜访，建立稳定专业的客户合作网络，协同渠道伙伴提升终端客户覆盖与服务质量

4.准确洞察区域市场动态、竞争格局及行业发展趋势，制定区域业务发展策略与行动计划，指导并推进渠道合作伙伴的有效执行，推动业务的可持续发展

5.与相关跨职能部门及团队密切协作，协助支持市场学术活动、重点项目及日常业务开展，持续提升客户体验与品牌价值

6.严格遵循医疗行业及公司相关合规要求和规，推动并监督渠道合作伙伴的规范执行，提升渠道运营的合规性、专业性与风险管控水平，确保业务稳健开展。

Qualifications

Qualifications：

1.全日制本科及以上学历，临床医学、医学检验、药学、生物科学等相关专业背景优先；

2.具备3年及以上IVD或者医疗相关行业销售经验，熟悉渠道业务模式及代理商管理模式及临床终端销售流程；

3.具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力，能够有效展开合作及整合资源推动业务进展；

4.工作积极主动，目标导向明确，具有较强的问题分析、解决能力及执行力，能够在复杂业务环境中推进结果达成；

5.具备成长型思维和持续学习能力，能够快速适应业务环境变化，灵活应对挑战并持续推动业务结果落地；

6.适应较高强度的不定期出差。
