At Mains'l, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a meaningful, independent life and that starts with incredible people like you.
We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and motivated Supported Living Services (SLS) Program Manager to lead a team of dedicated Direct Support Professionals while helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities thrive in their own homes and communities.
If you're someone who enjoys coaching others, solving challenges, building relationships, and making a lasting impact, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
As an SLS Program Manager, no two days are the same. You'll balance leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and person-centered support while ensuring high-quality services for the people we support.
You'll:
Lead services for two 24-hour residential homes.
Coach, mentor, and develop Direct Support Professionals and Support Coordinators.
Inspire your team to provide exceptional, person-centered support.
Help individuals achieve their personal goals and live meaningful, independent lives.
Respond confidently during emergencies and provide guidance when staff need support.
Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with state regulations and Mains'l policies.
Coordinate schedules, approve timecards, and maintain attendance records.
Partner with families, conservators, Far Northern Regional Center, HR, and fellow managers.
Provide hands-on training and support in the homes.
Help create a positive team culture where both employees and the people we support can succeed.
What Makes You a Great Fit

A natural leader who enjoys helping others grow.
Calm under pressure and able to make thoughtful decisions.
Highly organized and comfortable juggling changing priorities.
An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
Passionate about serving people with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive leadership team.
On-Call Responsibilities
Because the people we support receive services 24-hours a day, our employees deserve support around the clock as well.
Program Managers participate in a rotating one-week on-call schedule every 3–4 weeks, from Friday at 6:00 PM through the following Friday at 8:00 AM.
During your on-call week, you may:
Answer questions from staff.
Assist during emergencies.
Help find shift coverage when employees call out.
Complete required documentation when needed.
Occasionally provide direct support if coverage cannot be secured.
The good news? You're never doing it alone. Our leadership team works together to support one another throughout each on-call rotation.
