Troubleshooting & Maintenance Support
  • Provide onsite technical troubleshooting and maintenance support for installed systems.
  • Diagnose electrical, equipment, and system-related issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Technical Support Engineers and other internal teams to resolve complex technical concerns.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement or preventive maintenance.
Client Handover & Documentation
  • Prepare complete project handover documentation, including SLDs, test and commissioning reports, equipment information, and installation records.
  • Conduct client orientation and training on the proper operation, basic maintenance, and safety procedures of installed systems.
  • Ensure all project and troubleshooting activities are properly documented and maintained.
