About the Team
The Americas Operations Divisional Management team supports regional strategic initiatives that enable operational excellence across People & Culture, Space Management, Metrics & Reporting, and Transformation. The team partners closely with Operations leadership, Corporate Services, Technology, and site leads to ensure consistent support models, effective use of space, actionable insights through reporting, and disciplined execution of regional initiatives.
Role Overview
This Associate role will primarily focus on space management operations, reporting and analytics, and project management across Americas Operations sites. The role supports day-to-day site activities, development of metrics and dashboards, and execution of regional space and workplace initiatives. The Associate will work closely with internal stakeholders and support senior management through structured reporting, coordination, and project tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Space Management & Site Support
Support day-to-day space management activities across Americas Operations sites, including neighborhood management, seating updates, and utilization tracking.
Partner with Corporate Services, Real Estate, Technology, and site leads to support onboarding, moves, restacks, and business continuity planning activities.
Maintain and update site contacts, space documentation, and support materials to ensure consistent service delivery across locations.
Assist with preparation for quarterly site reviews and leadership touchpoints.
Provide project management support for regional space initiatives, including moves, restacks, and workplace upgrades.
Create, maintain, and enhance space management and operational reporting using Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
Track key metrics related to space utilization, capacity, onboarding activity, and project milestones, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Support the transition of recurring reports and trackers into automated dashboards where possible.
Prepare management-ready summaries, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
Support the planning and execution of regional events lead by the Americas Operations Divisional Management team. Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
Experience
2-5 years of experience in operations, space management, project coordination, or a customer-focused support role.
Experience in financial services or a large corporate environment preferred.
Demonstrated experience working with metrics, reporting, or dashboards is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiarity with PowerBI, and other data analytics tools preferred.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $82,000 and $133,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
