Where You'll Make a Difference
- Receive, process, and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, availability, order status, and delivery information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned customers and internal sales teams.
- Serve as a key communication link between customers, sales, supply chain, and operations teams.
- Analyze customer requests and identify appropriate solutions while balancing business and customer needs.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, lead times, and service offerings.
- Support order management activities and ensure data accuracy within company systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- MBO or Bachelor-level education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Experience in a customer service, order management, sales support, or customer operations role.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or customer management systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience working in an international manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP platforms.
- Additional European language skills are an advantage.
