Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to lead and drive our technical initiatives to success. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing complex technical projects from inception to completion. Your primary focus will be on driving business outcomes through effective requirements management, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate closely with business and technology teams to identify opportunities, document and prioritize requirements, and ensure solutions meet both operational needs and strategic objectives. Drawing on your technical expertise, you will facilitate communication between stakeholders and engineering teams to support informed decision-making and successful delivery.

Responsibilities 

Technical Expertise: 

   - Utilize your strong technical background to understand and document requirements required to guide the development process. 

   - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are met. 

   - Facilitate discussions between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. 

   - Stay up-to-date with modern APIs, engineering practices, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML. 

Risk Management: 

   - Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. 

   - Proactively address issues that may impact project delivery. 

Communication: 

   - Foster open and transparent communication within project teams. 

   - Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating technical concepts into understandable terms. 

   - Present project updates and reports to executive leadership. 

Leadership and Team Collaboration: 

   - Motivate and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. 

   - Provide mentorship and guidance to team members. 

   - Encourage innovation and continuous improvement. 

Skills and Qualifications 

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent work experience. 

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, managing large technical initiatives. 

- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of modern APIs and engineering practices. 

- Excellent project management skills, including budget management and risk assessment. 

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Leadership experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. 

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
