Job Overview
Ready to lead the products reshaping how businesses connect? We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager who lives and breathes Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) replacement, someone who can turn deep technical fluency into products customers genuinely love.

At T-Mobile, every product exists to solve a real problem for real people. As a Principal Product Manager, you won’t just handle a backlog, you’ll lead the vision, roadmap, and results for some of our most complex, highest-impact products. Part visionary, part strategist, part data analyst, and full-time customer evangelist, you’ll turn deep customer insight and technical know-how into products that drive growth and genuinely improve people’s lives.

This role is located at our Frisco, TX HQ and offers 3 days a week in person collaboration!

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, vision, and roadmap for CCaaS, POTS replacement, and cross-platform solutions at the highest level of complexity.
  • Get close to customers, through research, interviews, and hands-on testing, to uncover real problems worth solving.
  • Turn insight into action: shape product requirements, define specs, and guide execution across 9+ Agile teams.
  • Make the business case: build ROI models, secure funding, and defend your roadmap in front of senior leaders.
  • Stay ahead of trends in CCaaS, telephony, and cross-platform tech, and translate them into competitive advantage.
  • Lead through influence, presenting confidently anywhere from your engineering team to the C-suite.

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years in product management within Agile software environments, including 7–9 years (Bachelor’s degree) or 5+ years (advanced degree) and 5+ years of CCaaS/POTS-specific experience.
  • More than 10 years Relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in CCaaS and/or POTS replacement, ideally backed by a CCIE (Voice and Collaboration) or equivalent certification.
  • A track record of shipping complex, high-scope products end to end, not just writing user stories, but owning outcomes.
  • Sharp analytical instincts paired with genuine customer empathy.
  • The presence and polish to influence team members at every level, from individual contributors to EVPs.

Required Certifications:

  • CCIE Cisco Certified Internet Expert-Voice and Collaboration or equivalent CCaaS certifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Travel:
Travel Required (Yes/No): Yes, but minimal. Travel to the occasional industry conference may be required
