Description

Specific duties may include but are not limited to:
Provide interpretations of real-time data by observing trends and identifying errors of varying
sources and magnitude.
Perform data corrections based on observed errors.
Ability to interact with the field operators and customers via phone, email, and conversation.
Assist in project setup, project management, quality control and end of project reporting.
Follow all documented processes in detail and immediately escalate when issues occur.
Ability to focus on real-time data and rapidly analyze issues to ensure that all risks are managed.
Ability to determine if processes are not optimal, recommend solutions, and escalate in a timely
manner.
Strong knowledge of web-based applications which are focused on data presentation, data
graphing / potting, data analysis, data entry, and exception-based processing.
Works a rotating schedule to maintain 24/7 coverage (12-hour shifts, 7 days on and 7 off).

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Basic knowledge in Oil and Gas rig operations, Directional drilling, MWD Survey procedures,
BHA, and its components.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and technical writing skills required.
Excellent track record of working in a Real-time center (24X7 environment).
Experience in identifying issues that needs immediate escalation and being able to take quick
decisions.
Ability to solve technical problems creatively and work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and determine which ones are most critical to address.
Ability to communicate quickly if an issue / risk arises which needs the attention of
more senior personnel.
Ability to work cross functionally between various teams.
Independent and self-motivated individual.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to learn and adapt.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
Preferably in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (Desire to obtain a career in the
Oil & Gas industry).
0-3 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry
