What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the Store Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Open/close the store and oversee sales, cash handling, and deposits
- Help create eye-catching displays and price merchandise
- Support sales and deliver outstanding customer service every day
- Collaborate with staff, residents, and volunteers to build a positive, respectful environment
- Safely move merchandise and assist with occasional pick-ups using company vehicles
Requirements
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of work experience (management or retail preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A team-first mindset with a passion for customer service
- Comfort with basic computer tools and POS systems
- Bonus: retail or antiques experience!
