Ford Phone Sales Rep

AutoFair Ford of Haverhill is looking for someone to help us schedule service appointments.

 

Are you passionate about helping customers? Are you comfortable talking on the phone? Can you learn how to use a basic computer program? Apply today!

 

Responsibilities:

• Call customers with open recalls and set up service appointments to get them resolved
• Call Ford owners about vehicle service alerts, set up appointments to have them come in and get it taken care of
• Call Companies with Fords in their fleet and create service appointments for them to work with us
• Take inbound calls from customers who want to service their vehicle
• Take inbound calls from people that need to be transferred to other departments

 

We offer pick up and delivery of vehicles for our customer's convenience!

 

We offer mobile service for our customer's convenience!

 

We do our best to make it easy to service your vehicle with us!
