24 września 2026We are looking for a motivated ESG / Non Financial Controller to join our Sustainability organization within the Finance community. In this role, you will support ESG reporting and help ensure that our sustainability data is accurate, reliable, and compliant with reporting requirements. The role reports to VP Sustainability and ESG Reporting and work on a daily basis with the ESG Reporting Manager.
The team consists of 8 individuals, located in Poland, Sweden and in Germany. Travel may occasionally be included in this role.
You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Internal Control, Risk Management, and other teams across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage ESG data and reporting – collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain accurate ESG data for Scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions across the global organization.
- Support ESG disclosures and compliance – contribute to sustainability reporting, including ESRS requirements, EU taxonomy, green bonds, and stay up to date with relevant regulations.
- Ensure strong controls and audit readiness – maintain ESG reporting procedures and internal controls, and support internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Very good written and spoken business English.
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, reporting, or a related area.
- Structured and organized way of working, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage several tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Interest in ESG and sustainability reporting; previous ESG experience is an advantage but not required.
