This position reports to:

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Engineering Change Management: Assist the mentor in completing the technical review and introduction tracking of product engineering changes (ECN/ICN) to ensure the smooth implementation of the changes on the production line.
• New product introduction support: Participate in the sample material requisition, trial assembly verification and scale/full trial production of new products, and record key process parameters and assembly problem points. 
• On-site problem resolution: Go to the production site, assist in analyzing and resolving sudden production problems during mass production, and participate in formulating both temporary and long-term countermeasures.
• System and standardization construction: Participate in the sorting out and version updates of departmental work guidelines and process documents, promote the explicit presentation of implicit experience, and enhance the overall working efficiency of the team.
• 工程变更管理：协助导师完成产品工程变更（ECN/ICN）的技术评审与导入跟踪，确保变更在产线平稳落地
• 新品导入支持：参与新产品的样品领料、试装验证及小批量试生产，记录关键工艺参数与装配问题点
• 现场问题攻关：深入生产现场，协助分析、解决批量生产中的突发异常，并参与制定临时与长期对策
• 体系与标准化建设：参与部门工作指引、流程文件的梳理与版本更新，推动隐性经验显性化，提升团队整体作业效率

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, mechatronics, electrical engineering or related fields.
• Possess a solid professional foundation, be familiar with mechanical principles, mechanical design, and material mechanics, master the logic of dimensional chain analysis and tolerance calculation, and be proficient in using design software such as Creo and AutoCAD for basic drawing and model viewing.
• Possess a sharp sense of problem awareness, be able to clearly describe on-site problems using structured thinking (such as 5W2H, fishbone diagram, etc.), and proactively follow up on the closed loop.
• Be sensitive to data, proficient in using Office software, and those who can use Power BI will be given priority.
• Possess outstanding teamwork spirit and communication skills, and be adept at coordinating internal and external resources to ensure the implementation of tasks.
• Possess strong learning resilience and a sense of responsibility, and be willing to accumulate technical expertise on the production front line and in the laboratory.
• 本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机电一体化、电气工程等相关专业
• 具备扎实的专业基础，熟悉机械原理、机械设计、材料力学，掌握尺寸链分析及公差计算逻辑, 能熟练使用Creo、AutoCAD等设计软件进行基础绘图与模型查看
• 具备敏锐的问题意识，能够运用结构化思维（如5W2H、鱼骨图等）清晰描述现场问题，并主动跟进闭环
• 对数据敏感，熟练使用Office办公软件, 会使用Power BI者优先考虑
• 拥有出色的团队协作精神和沟通表达能力，善于协调内外部资源推动任务落地
• 具备较强的学习韧性与责任心，愿意在生产一线与实验室中沉淀技术功底
